By accessing the website at hafizpublications.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

1. Services Provided

Hafiz Publications provides premium ghostwriting, book publishing, and marketing consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines of each project are detailed in a separate signed Statement of Work (SOW) and Master Service Agreement (MSA) before any work commences.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

We are a true ghostwriting agency. Upon final payment and project completion, 100% of the copyright, royalties, and intellectual property rights to the manuscript transfer directly to you (the author). We retain no rights to your book or its future earnings.

3. Payment Terms

Payments for our services are structured in milestones as detailed in your specific contract. Standard payment structures typically require a deposit to commence research and outlining, followed by milestone payments upon the delivery of specific manuscript sections.

4. Limitations

In no event shall Hafiz Publications or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Hafiz Publications' website or the outcomes of published works, as market success depends on various external factors.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with standard international business laws and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the agreed upon courts in the master service agreement.
