Refund & Satisfaction Policy

At Hafiz Publications, our priority is ensuring that your voice and vision are captured perfectly in your book. Because writing is a deeply personal and customized service, we have structured our process and refund policy to guarantee your satisfaction at every step.

1. Milestone-Based Approval

Our ghostwriting projects are broken down into distinct phases (e.g., The Blueprint, Chapter 1 Review, First Draft, Final Draft). You are required to review and approve the work at each milestone. If you are not satisfied with a milestone, we will revise the work until it meets your expectations before moving forward.

2. Refund Eligibility

Because of the intensive time, research, and customized labor required to ghostwrite a book, payments for milestones that have already been completed and approved by you are non-refundable.

If you decide to terminate the project before completion, you will not be billed for future, uncompleted milestones. Any deposits for work that has not yet commenced will be refunded, less a standard administrative and consultation fee outlined in your contract.

3. Unlimited Revisions Guarantee

We offer a strict satisfaction guarantee during the drafting process. During the revision rounds (as stipulated in your contract), we will refine, edit, and adjust the tone of the manuscript until you are completely satisfied with the final product. We do not stop working until the book sounds exactly like you.

4. Book Sales & Rankings

While we use industry-leading Amazon KDP optimization and marketing strategies, we cannot offer refunds based on book sales performance, Amazon rankings, or external reviews, as these factors are heavily influenced by market dynamics outside of our direct control.
